Project Overview

We are currently delivering access solutions for a 12-week project in Camden, supporting BEH Interiors with external repair works and roofing activities in a busy central London location. As Amphibian Scaffolding, we have provided a fully compliant, end-to-end access and logistics solution tailored to the constraints of a public highway environment.

The scope of works required a safe, compliant access solution to facilitate:

• External repair works to the front elevation
• Roofing works over the project duration
• Safe material handling within a restricted public realm
• The key objectives were to:
• Maintain full compliance with local authority requirements
• Minimise disruption to pedestrians and road users
• Provide safe, efficient access for multiple work fronts

Execution & Delivery

To meet the project requirements, we:

• Supplied and installed a public gantry scaffold
• Roof level handrail
• Managed the full pavement licence application
• Arranged parking bay suspensions on behalf of the client
• Sourced and coordinated materials hoists and alarms to support safe material handling
• Delivered a compliant scaffold solution suitable for external repairs and roofing works

All works were planned and executed with safety, coordination, and programme efficiency as priorities.

The scaffold and gantry installation were delivered smoothly and on programme, providing BEH Interiors with a safe, reliable access solution for the full 12-week duration.
